Accommodation Terms and Conditions:
- 50% deposit is required on booking
- Balance payable 7 days before arrival
- Deposits can be paid by direct deposit
- All cancellation requests must be in writing
- Deposits (less a R450.00 administration fee) will be refunded if 14 days notice of cancellation is given (with the exception of the Christmas holiday period, for which 30 days notice is required)
- Cancellations within 14 days of arrival (or 30 days for Christmas holiday bookings) will forfeit deposit
- Non-arrivals will forfeit deposit and any remaining nights may be re-sold
